Alongside various solutions Trusted Shops offers several types of widgets, including widgets for displaying ratings or securing a purchase after checkout. These widgets are used by millions of consumers every day. The integration and insights team (IaI) is a cross functional product team responsible for the development and operations of the widgets.

As DevOps Engineer in the IaI Team, you are:

• Developing the next generation of widgets and improving the existing ones with the team by supporting with your infrastructure knowledge
• Creating concepts for the infrastructure and implementing them in AWS via Terraform
• Ensuring our systems are operating as intended

Requirements

• Expertise in the public cloud environment, preferably AWS
• Experience in building and operating microservices architectures in the cloud (including services like: API Gateway, Lambda, ECS, SQS / SNS)
• Affinity for and experience with Infrastructure as code (e.g.: Terraform)
• Affinity for and experience with Continuous Delivery / Deployment (e.g.: CircleCI)
• Affinity for and experience with agile software development processes
• Ideally you already have experience in backend or web development (e.g. Python, Typescript)
• You are motivated to take responsibility in an interdisciplinary team and to make a decisive contribution to the success of the product!
